As we continue to expand across Europe, the CIS region, and the Middle East, we’re looking for a Creative Lead in Dubai to join our dedicated Spotify team, working at the intersection of creativity, culture, and performance for one of the world’s most influential audio platforms.
This role sits at the core of our operational excellence team, where process meets performance, and frameworks turn into scalable impact across Spotify’s creative ecosystem. It is a highly strategic and organizational role, requiring strong presence, confidence, and the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders while ensuring seamless execution across regions. The Project Manager will act as the key connector between global frameworks and regional realities, driving adoption of ways of working, ensuring compliance, and aligning initiatives with Spotify’s business priorities to deliver consistent, measurable results.
