AnswersNow is seeking a high-velocity, performance-driven Bilingual Family Care Navigator to join our frontline enrollment and conversion team. While this role sits within Operations, it functions exactly like an inside sales and lead-conversion engine. You will be the very first point of contact for families seeking autism care, responsible for managing a high-volume pipeline, executing rapid outbound call cadences, and converting warm leads into scheduled clinical assessments.

Job Requirements
3+ months of ABA clinical experience or relevant training as an RBT
Previous experience in client support, onboarding, or customer service within a clinical setting
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify patterns, and escalate appropriately
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously
Comfortable using technology, virtual communication tools, and customer support systems
Availability to work 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern
Inside Sales or High-Volume Intake Background: 1–3+ years of experience in an inside sales, high-volume customer intake, enrollment advising, or metric-driven customer success environment where phone time and outreach activity were daily KPIs.
Pipeline & Target Orientation: Proven ability to manage a dense CRM sales funnel (HubSpot experience preferred), with a strong focus on tracking conversion rates, call volumes, and pipeline velocity.
Consultative Communication & Trust Building: Exceptional verbal stamina and communication skills; ability to build immediate trust over the phone with sensitive families while clearly conveying value.
Frictionless Task Execution: Highly organized and details-obsessed; capable of processing technical document workflows (like medical records and insurance forms) rapidly without dropping the ball in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equivalent professional high-volume outreach or sales experience will be strongly considered.
What You’ll Do
Drive High-Velocity Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume inbound/outbound call, SMS, and email cadences through Aircall to immediately qualify inquiring families, capture database profile details, and aggressively minimize speed-to-lead times.
Convert Leads to Scheduled Assessments: Own top-of-funnel conversion metrics by actively nurturing inquiring families through the CRM pipeline, overcoming hesitations, and successfully booking their initial clinical orientations and assessments.
Deliver Consultative Benefits Pitching: Review insurance eligibility and clearly articulate complex ABA benefits to families, translating financial and technical jargon into a clear value proposition that drives immediate commitment.
Navigate Friction & Secure Prior Authorizations: Move families flawlessly through the intake workflow by uploading medical records, verifying diagnostic criteria, and securing initial insurance assessment authorizations to eliminate process delays.
