About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. You'll take full ownership of our paid marketing strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels, driving efficient customer acquisition and helping us accelerate growth.
Juicebox has thousands of conversions attributable to our paid ads channels, and we are confident that they will continue to scale. We also have a unique model in that our performance marketing function supports both our self-serve growth (immediate paid conversions), as well as our sales-led growth engine (demo bookings as the primary conversion event).
You Will:
Paid Acquisition & Growth
Own and execute our paid marketing strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other performance channels
Run campaigns focused on both self-serve conversions (subscription created in Juicebox platform) and demo-booking conversions (meeting booked with our sales team)
Manage multi-million dollar budgets and allocate spend based on performance data and business priorities
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline generation
Identify new acquisition opportunities and launch experiments across audiences, creative, messaging, and landing pages
Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and communicate insights to leadership
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth
Expand and rebuild our data and analytics stack as needed
Make data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign strategy
Develop hypotheses, run tests, and measure results to improve marketing efficiency
Partner with sales and operations teams to understand lead quality and downstream conversion metrics
Agency & Vendor Management
Own relationships with external agencies and marketing partners
Evaluate agency performance and ensure programs are aligned with business goals
Drive accountability and execution across all paid marketing initiatives
You Have:
Have 3-6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup preferred)
Have owned paid acquisition channels and/or SEO programs before
Are comfortable working across product, design, and GTM
Are a strong writer with a clear, concise tone
Are data-driven and know your way around CAC and funnel metrics
Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Nice to Haves
Experience working on AI, developer tools, or HR tech
Strong design instincts or past work with creators/designers
Experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows
