ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Front End AI Engineer to build intuitive, high-performance product experiences that bring complex AI workflows to life. This is not a role for someone who only wants to own pixels at the edge of the system. We want someone who cares how the product behaves, how customers use it, and how interface decisions affect trust in AI.

You will work closely with design, engineering, founders, and customer-facing teams to deliver polished interfaces that support real workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with design and backend teams to bring seamless user experiences to life using React and designs in Figma.

• Build and maintain reusable UI components and systems that scale across customers and workflows.

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand operational needs and translate them into effective product experiences.

• Implement frontend features that interact with AI services such as document review, entity extraction, and quote comparison.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback and evolving product priorities.

• Support collaboration across product, sales, and customer success by shipping user-facing features that drive business outcomes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience building frontend applications using React.

• Proficiency with design tools and handoff workflows, especially Figma.

• Experience with modern development environments such as Cursor, or strong interest in cutting-edge developer tools.

• Strong product sense and the ability to translate complex workflows into clean UX.

• Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs and state management patterns.

• Strong ownership and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Good judgment about where polish matters, where speed matters, and how to balance both.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with data-rich or document-heavy interfaces.

• Familiarity with AI or ML concepts, or experience building LLM-integrated product experiences.

• Deep expertise in one or more of Postgres, React, or Python.

• Previous experience at an early-stage startup.
