ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to work across the product and technical stack, from AI workflows and backend systems to frontend product experiences. This is not a narrowly scoped engineering seat. It is a build-and-run role for someone who likes moving between customer problems, product thinking, and hands-on implementation.

You will work closely with founders and a senior team to ship AI-powered capabilities quickly and reliably.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work directly with insurance brokers, MGAs, and carriers to deploy AI-powered solutions to their workflows.

• Use LLMs, embeddings, and structured data pipelines to build features such as document review, entity extraction, and quote comparison.

• Rapidly prototype and productionize features based on customer needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to prioritize high-leverage opportunities.

• Build reusable systems and components that can scale across use cases and customers.

• Operate across boundaries when needed, whether the problem is product, infrastructure, workflow logic, or customer-facing delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in ML, NLP, or LLM-based systems, or 3+ years in software engineering with strong interest in applied AI.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or vector databases.

• Experience working with SQL and database systems.

• Ability to understand messy real-world data and turn it into practical product capabilities.

• Strong ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.

• Ability to ship without waiting for a perfectly bounded role or perfectly specified problem.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience working with unstructured documents such as PDFs or insurance policies.

• Deep expertise in one or more of Postgres, React, or Python.

• Previous experience at an early-stage startup.
