ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown past $10M ARR on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our New York office, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
What You'll Do
Own the global revenue operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership in New York and Berlin, coverage and conversion reporting, and a forecast the board can rely on
Own HubSpot end to end as the global single source of truth: architecture, lifecycle stages, routing, and the data hygiene standards that make everything downstream trustworthy
Design territories, capacity plans, and quota mechanics across North America and EMEA, and partner with Finance on comp plan design and deal desk workflows
Automate the manual work out of the GTM motion with AI-native tooling (Clay, n8n, and whatever comes next), from enrichment and routing to renewal triggers
Unify the product-led and sales-led funnels so signups, hand-raisers, and outbound flow through one coherent lifecycle
Set the direction for RevOps globally, working hand in hand with our Berlin-based Senior RevOps Manager and the Business Systems team, while being the on-the-ground operational partner to every US GTM hire
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering at B2B SaaS companies, ideally through a scale-up phase
Expert-level HubSpot skills: you've owned an instance, not just worked in one
Demonstrated success using AI tools (Clay, Apollo, n8n, or similar) to multiply a GTM team's output
You've built forecasting, planning, or funnel reporting that sales leadership actually ran on
Comfortable owning a global remit from a regional office: you set your own roadmap and hold your own with sales leaders, finance, and founders across time zones
Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
Bonus Points
Experience building a RevOps function from scratch, or owning a remit that spans regions
Experience working across time zones with a European HQ
Exposure to PLG funnels and product usage data in a sales-assist motion
Familiarity with Stripe, billing, or CPQ workflows and deal desk operations
SQL skills for pulling your own answers out of the data
What We Offer
Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
Comprehensive benefits package
Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
